Would you like to assist the Doctors and Staff in shaping the future of Hollywood Medical Practice?
Can you make constructive suggestions on how we can do things better and compliment us on the things we do well?
Would you like to understand more about the structure of the Practice and the challenges we face in the future?
If you have answered yes to any of the above questions, are happy to be contacted periodically by email and are interested in the results of patient surveys then why not consider joining our Patient Participation Group?
We are looking for Patients to be part of a ‘virtual’ Group who represent a variety of ages, backgrounds and professions enabling us to set up a Group which reflects a cross section of our practice population. Please note you will not be expected to attend ‘in house’ meetings.

Friends & Family Test Results
Each month, 5% of patients who had an appointment the previous month, are randomly sent a short survey via text asking how their recent experience was. Results from Oct 23 to Dec 23 are shown below:
